TERMS OF USE

ASSUMPTION OF RISK BY CUSTOMER 

Brisbon Transportation Group recommends that all and any personal valuables be removed from the vehicle when unattended. Brisbon Transportation Group does not guarantee the safety or assume any responsibility for any personal articles or items lost, stolen, damaged or left in the vehicle.

RULES and CONDITIONS:

•NO SMOKING inside any of our vehicles. A $250.00 fee per incident with no exceptions will be charged. Client will be held responsible for any damages or cleaning cost

•NO ALCOHOL may be consumed by anyone under the age of 21. Violations may result in early termination of transportation services and NO REFUNDS will be issued

•NO ILLEGAL drugs, narcotics or contraband allowed in vehicles. No possession, sale or consumption is permitted in vehicle. Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and NO REFUNDS will be issued.

•CLEAN UP fee for any bodily fluids, vomit, etc. in the vehicle, $300.00 per incident, and depending on severity a $500.00 clean up fee for excessive matter left in vehicle.

•Client and/or booking party are responsible for his/her guests, for any damage to the interior, exterior, and equipment of the vehicle.

•Client is responsible for the behavior, action, damages caused by any guest or individuals he or she permits to join in using the vehicle. Any damage to Brisbon Transportation Group’s property will result in a charge to the Client to repair such damages.

•Brisbon Transportation Group reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate this contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions by any passenger. In the event of early termination, no portion of the fees shall be refunded.

Hourly and chartered reservations have a 15% service fee, 20% gratuity fee and 20% fuel surcharge and are charged garage to garage. Billable time begins when the vehicle leaves our garage and ends when the vehicle returns to our garage. Reservations will be charged at a minimum for the total hours booked regardless if less hours were used.

Rates are subject to change without prior notification. All toll fees incurred are the responsibility of the client.
All reservations require a credit on file which will be authorized at time of booking. For charter and hourly services, a 50% credit card deposit is required at time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable and will be credited to the balance of service. All charter and hourly services have a 14 day prior to pick-up cancellation notice. If you wish to cancel your reservation (sedan or suv) please call at least 3 hours before your scheduled service, or email at least 4 hours before your scheduled service (local transportation only). If cancellation requests are not received within the cancellation period the full amount for the service will be charged. There is a 10 minute grace period for non-commercial airport or point to point transfers. Wait times that exceed the first 10 minute grace period will be billed at $1.00 per minute. For wait times that exceed 30 minutes, the reservation will automatically be billed at an hourly rate. No show/ No calls will be billed at full price of service. If you do not see your driver at your pick-up location do not leave the pickup site. Please call dispatch at 877-470-8869 or 919-648-1048 to avoid no show or late cancel fees. Have your confirmation number available to expedite the process of locating your reservation and driver.

There are times unsafe road conditions will delay your pick-up; for example, accidents, snow, rain, etc. Brisbon Transportation Group is not responsible for these types of events that cause delays. In addition, Brisbon Transportation Group is not responsible for missed flights as a result of events that occur beyond our control such as; accidents, snow, rain, etc. However, Management will take the appropriate actions to ensure the client is satisfied. Brisbon Transportation Group is not responsible for mechanical breakdown while in our care, but again management will take the appropriate actions to ensure the client is satisfied. Alcohol and drug consumption is prohibited by law and open container laws apply. Smoking is prohibited in all of our vehicles. Damages caused by the client and members of the client’s party assumes full financial responsibility. Clients are advised to clear the vehicle of all belongings when service is complete. Please be advised that Brisbon Transportation Group is not responsible for items left in our vehicles. Expenses incurred returning personal property will be the full responsibility of the client’s. Any lost items will be turned into Management at the end of each shift. Loading vehicles beyond capacity is strictly prohibited. Please be sure you communicate exact passenger and luggage requirements to ensure safe operation of our vehicles.

Additional fees may apply based upon your specific needs and will be disclosed at time of booking by a reservation specialist.
